Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
What file formats do I get?
All documents are delivered as Word (.docx) files that you can edit. You can also copy the text directly from the preview.
Is my data secure?
Your CV is encrypted during processing and deleted after your documents are generated. We never store your CV on our servers.
Which ERP systems do you support?
SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and any enterprise technology stack. Our AI understands ERP terminology across all major platforms.
How do I cancel my account or delete my data?
ERPCV is a one-time $10.99 purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. To delete your account and all stored data, open Dashboard > Manage subscription, scroll to Privacy & data, and click Delete account. You can also export everything we hold on you from the same page.
