Refund Policy
01Summary
Career Pack ($10.99), no refunds once documents are generated and delivered.The product is created on demand using paid AI infrastructure and consumed immediately. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll fix it or refund, read below.
Career Guidance ($100), refundable up to 24 hours before your booked session.After that, the time has been reserved and cannot be reallocated.
02Career Pack refund rules
When refunds are NOT available
The Career Pack is a digital product that is generated on demand by AI infrastructure we pay for on a per-use basis. Once we begin generating your documents, the work cannot be undone and the cost cannot be reversed. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Career Pack will be delivered to you immediately after payment, by triggering AI generation and emailing the result.
- Once any one of the six documents has been generated and made available to you (whether you opened it or not), the sale is final and a refund is not available.
- You are not entitled to a refund because you changed your mind, did not like the writing style, did not get the job, did not receive interview invitations, or for any reason that does not constitute a failure of the Service to perform.
When refunds ARE available
We will issue a full refund within 14 days if:
- We failed to deliver. You paid, but the documents were never generated, never emailed, and are not available in your account.
- Technical failure. The generation process produced corrupted, blank, or technically unusable files that we cannot fix on retry.
- Duplicate charge. You were billed twice for the same order due to a payment processor error.
- Unauthorized charge. Someone made the purchase using your payment method without your authorization (subject to verification, including a request that you also report the unauthorized use to your card issuer).
To request a refund under one of these conditions, email hello@erpcv.com from the email address on your account within 14 days of the charge, describe the issue, and attach screenshots if possible. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
What “delivered” means
Your Career Pack is considered delivered as soon as one or both of the following has occurred:
- Any of the six documents appears in your account on erpcv.com and is available for download.
- The delivery email has been sent successfully to the email address on your account (whether or not you opened the email).
03Consumers in the EU/EEA and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer (acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) and you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (and equivalent UK regulations) when you buy digital content online.
However, that right is lost in the case of supply of digital content that is not on a tangible medium if the supply has begun with your prior express consent AND you have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins.
At checkout we ask you to tick a box that says:
“I expressly request that ERPCV begin generating my Career Pack immediately after payment, and I acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as document generation begins.”
Ticking that box means you have given the express consent and acknowledgment required by Article 16(m) of the Directive. After that point, the right of withdrawal no longer applies and the refund rules above govern.
If you did not tick the box, generation will not start and your payment will be reversed within 14 days. If you believe you were charged without giving the express consent, contact hello@erpcv.com and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the right to a refund or repair if the Service is faulty.
04Career Guidance refund rules
The 30-minute Career Guidance session ($100) can be cancelled and refunded as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: full refund, no questions.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: no refund. The time slot has been reserved and we cannot reallocate it.
- If you don't show up: no refund. We will offer to reschedule within 14 days at our discretion.
- If we cancel or reschedule the session: you can choose a full refund or a free rescheduled session.
- If the call fails due to a technical issue on our side: we will reschedule at no cost, or refund in full at your choice.

05How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe back to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- Refunds are in the original currency of the charge. We do not cover foreign-exchange differences or fees charged by your bank.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the related Career Pack documents may be revoked.
- We do not offer partial refunds.
06Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at hello@erpcv.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved within 1–3 business days, often faster than a chargeback investigation.
Chargebacks initiated for charges that fall outside the refund conditions above (including buyer's remorse, dislike of the AI-generated content, or failure to achieve a career outcome) may be disputed by us and result in suspension or termination of your account.
